Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Bytesage Labs ("Chartin", "we"), India. By creating an account you agree to them. They are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard in the courts of India.

The service

Chartin turns report text you provide into a branded, narrated video. Scripts are drafted by an AI model from the content you paste, and you review the script before rendering.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. One account is for one agency; do not share credentials. You must be 18 or older, and able to form a contract under the laws of India.

Plans, billing and credits

  • Free includes two video credits, which do not expire. Free exports carry a small "Made with Chartin" credit on the end card.
  • Studio ($49/month) includes unlimited videos. Exports still carry the Chartin credit.
  • Growth ($99/month) includes unlimited videos, full white label with no Chartin mark, and voice cloning.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details.
  • If a render fails, any credit spent on that render is returned. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable for the unused portion of a billing period. If you were charged in error, email support@bytesagelabs.com and we will review it.
  • We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. The new price applies from the next renewal after that notice.

Your content

You keep all rights to the report data, logos, brand assets and videos you create. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process that content in order to run the service. You confirm you have the right to use the client names, logos and data you upload, and, for voice cloning, that you have the speaker's permission.

Accuracy of generated videos

Chartin reproduces the figures present in the report you paste and does not invent metrics. Even so, narration is machine-generated: you are responsible for reviewing every video before sending it to a client. We are not liable for errors in content you approve and distribute.

Acceptable use

Do not use Chartin to:

  • Clone a voice without the speaker's explicit permission.
  • Produce misleading, deceptive or unlawful material.
  • Upload content you do not have the rights to.
  • Resell or redistribute the service itself, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.
  • Overload, probe or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

Availability

We aim to keep Chartin available but do not promise uninterrupted service. Rendering depends on third-party providers, and outages there can delay or fail a video. If a render fails, any credit spent is returned.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or client relationships. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India.

Termination

You can stop using Chartin and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app, and the date above will change. Continuing to use Chartin after that means you accept the new terms.
